Everything here should represent what would typically come with a 1200/1300 series GRiDCase running GRiD MS-DOS. As detailed in the Reference, there are some differences between GRiD MS-DOS and your run of the mill MS-DOS, but the differences are minor. Unlike GRiD MS-DOS for the Compass, this can also run on some other PCs. In addition, there's a compatibility program in the "lotus" directory that allows Lotus to work properly with the GRiDCase's monochrome display. The "intro.file" is a brief introductory text document I found on the hard drive of a GRiDCase 3 that I believe came on new GRiDCases.
